For fast recovery between runs and prevent fatigue while running. Good for warm weather training, though this guard got a little warm.
6. What size calf guard did you choose?
Have 14.5" calf diameter, which should according to the box should be a small, but what worked was a medium. I have the tights and I also take a medium now. Their guides are off hence the 4.5 rating
7. At what pace do you typically train? 5 min/mile to 15 min/mile
8 to 7 minute miles.

5'10" 148 lbs.
